Step 1:
Select Your Home Site
To begin transforming your vision into reality, we require a 25% deposit. This initial investment allows our team to start customizing your Enertia Home to perfectly fit your site and preferences.
Step 2:
Secure Your Deposit
An additional 25% payment is required prior to the cutting phase. This milestone ensures that all preparations are complete and we are ready to move forward with building your home.
Step 3:
Prepare for Construction
The remaining balance is due 30-60 days prior to delivery, depending on the size of your Enertia Home. This final payment completes the financial aspect of your project, paving the way for the grand unveiling of your new sustainable home.
