We take great pride in offering a range of standard plans that typically suit the lifestyles of our clients. However, we understand that sometimes they may require some modifications to fit their specific needs. In such cases, we first assess the feasibility of the changes and then provide a flat fee that covers the cost of drafting time, materials, and labor. It's important to note that major modifications, such as changes to the footprint, location of sunspace walls, or stairways, may require custom plans. While this may seem like a potential obstacle, please don't let it discourage you. In fact, designing custom floor plans is something we genuinely enjoy, and we would be absolutely thrilled to collaborate with you to create a home that perfectly meets your unique needs. ​
